Nacho Cheese Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 cup Cashews
- 1 cup Water
- ½ cup Carrot chopped
- ½ cup Yellow onion chopped
- 6 Tbs Nutritional yeast flakes
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- ¼ tsp Smoked paprika
- ¼ tsp Cayenne pepper
- 1 Tbs White vinegar
- 1 tsp Kosher salt

- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender. Blend on high until completely smooth.
