- 8 oz Non-dairy milk
- 2 Tbs 100% cacao powder
- 2 tsp Evaporated cane sugar
- ¼ tsp Ground cardamom
- Flaked sea salt optional
Instructions
- Heat the milk in a saucepan over medium-low heat.
- Add the cocoa powder, sugar, and cardamom. Whisk until smooth.
- Pour the hot chocolate into a mug. Use a frother to create a foam layer and sprinkle with just a pinch of sea salt if desired.
