Cardamom Spiced Hot Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Non-dairy milk
  • 2 Tbs 100% cacao powder
  • 2 tsp Evaporated cane sugar
  • ¼ tsp Ground cardamom
  • Flaked sea salt optional

Instructions

  • Heat the milk in a saucepan over medium-low heat.
  • Add the cocoa powder, sugar, and cardamom. Whisk until smooth.
  • Pour the hot chocolate into a mug. Use a frother to create a foam layer and sprinkle with just a pinch of sea salt if desired.
